I saw this video the other day and thought it addressed an issue that many careers advice conversations do not – how to close the interview. I believe this my be a useful video to show your final year students. Clearly, this relates to HRM issues in the Business Management programme (note I am using the new title!), but I see it more as a practical session with students, be it to support an application for university or as a preparation for an employment interview. It also illustrates the point that selling anything, including yourself, will not be successful until the sale is finalised (see AIDA).
