So… how was it for you, darling? (Your “user experience”, that is)

Last week you (or your DP Coordinator, who should have passed it on to you) should have received a request for feedback – through an online visual arts upload questionnaire – from the IB Chief Assessment Officer, Carolyn Adams, who states “I sincerely apologize for any frustrations schools have experienced and I am very grateful to everyone for persevering and eventually succeeding. We clearly need to improve the user experience for schools submitting candidates’ work electronically for assessment in future sessions”.

The forward march of progress will not stop, pause or hesitate and there is no going back to the good old days of paper booklets – so this is clearly a step in the right direction.
