‘Carpe diem’ or ‘seize the day’ was a memorable mantra from the movie “The Dead Poet’s Society”.

As educators we try to prepare lessons and activities that are engaging and valid for our students. And we’re always searching for teachable moments. Not only will you be inspired to find an activity that crosses disciplines (including service learning) but your CAS students will be guaranteed to hit their CAS learner outcomes, and you can upload and share a teachable moment that you and your students create.

Carpe diem.
