My students are about to write their mock exam which as I live in Toronto, is called their mid-term.

I have tried to give advice to my anxious students which can be best summed up with, “study smart’. This means get an holistic view of what you need to review and categorize your syllabus into possibly three criteria;

I know this material
I am unsure of this material
I really need to study this

Read the WHOLE syllabus material and from their plan out your review, doing so from an informed position and not blindly starting from the first topic and seeing were you end up.
