My intention was to suggest that people with a little breathing room for the summer might do some exploring (if you haven’t already) of some of the options in Part 4, such as digital texts.  I’ve already suggested to students that they try out writing some fan fiction.  And I think both “Margot’s Room” and “Patchwork Girl” are well worth your attention–and might elicit a LOT of attention from your students in the bleaker periods of the academic year.

And Mark Marino’s “Living Will” would partner really well with your teaching of Heart of Darkness.

HOWEVER, I also came across the following which you might find interesting as well: No digital texts in British classrooms?

Any thoughts?
