discover your potential
Find out more about what you love to do and the type of skills you already possess in order to map out your future life goals.
Based in one of Oxford University’s prestigious colleges and run by a team of workshop leaders, our discovery courses are a space for you to plan your long-term goals, develop presentation and team building skills, learn how to present, and focus on personal impact.
During our one-week courses you will gain independent thinking, the ability to collaborate and communicate with your peers from different cultural backgrounds, and acquire leadership skills for life. You will also build your confidence and take ownership of your personal development, creating a plan tailored to your own aspirations.
If you are between 16 – 19 and want a pathway to discover your potential and create a road map for your future goals then this course is for you.
You will start the week exploring your “North Star” (life goals) and building a personal plan to achieve this.
You will then take part in hands-on interactive workshops led by training and development professionals. These sessions cover personal impact, presentation skills, self confidence and team building in a fun, creative and inspiring way.
The week ends with the cohort working together to achieve success in a new area. The energy, friendship and teamwork by the end of the week is amazing.
